Returns Policy

peeks and pleats will accept any new, unworn items, with tags still attached, within 30 days of delivery, for store credit ONLY.  After the 30 days, your items will not be eligible for return.   

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect for signs of ware or use.  If item is deemed returnable, a store credit will be issued.  If an item is deemed unreturnable, a store credit will not be issued.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that appears to be damaged by the customer.    

 All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or receive store credit.  This includes items bought with a coupon code.



Being that our items can turnover quickly, we cannot guarantee that the products will still be available by the time your return is processed.  We encourage you to purchase new items as you wish, while your returns are being shipped back and processed.  Once your return is received, we will issue a store credit.


Damaged Items 

If for some reason, you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.  Items reported after the 5 days will not be eligible for an exchange.  



Unless otherwise stated, most items will ship within 3 business days.  Once your order is received and packaged it will be scanned in to the USPS system.  At that point, you will receive tracking information for your order via email. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
